This could easily be s*** we don’t like except for the fact that it’s incredibly interesting and we haven’t tasted it so with that said we’re really just wondering. In case you haven’t heard about this here’s a brief summary. Mark Post, whose team at Maastricht University in the Netherlands developed the burger, hopes that making meat in labs could eventually help feed the world and fight climate change. The “burger” we’re speaking of is made of muscle cells of two organic cows. It took 20,000 strands to make one 5 ounce patty. The “burger” was met with mix reviews by selected testers. Interesting, very interesting.
