Protest Outside Reebok Store

“Put a Molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it” These are the lyrics that have the embattled rapper in the middle of a social firestorm. A protest took place at Reebok’s flagship store in New York, with angry protesters demanding the footwear company drop it’s plus sized endorser “Rick Ross”. IMO the lyric say’s more about the degenerate culture of hip-hop, artists that take no responsibility for said lyrics. Who would have thought the music industry glamorizing a drug for almost an entire year would eventually spark so much outrage. Think Madonna’d MDNA Tour, Every “Molly” reference you’ve heard for the last year or so, where’s Bruce Springsteen when you need him? -Boss

  1. Rick Ross sounds like an idiot. Which says more about the music industry than anything else. And people who buy the music fed to them by large corporations and “charts” are simply sheep.

You own your own ears, so put something that you actually like into them. Reebok will already have dropped him, don’t worry.
